1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Wings Lua script for Gamesense ("Script"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our Script.

2. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Because our Script is a digital, non-tangible good that is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. This applies to all license types (Standard and Early Access).

  • •We do not refund for "accidental" purchases.
  • •We do not refund if you change your mind.
  • •We do not refund if you get banned by our security unless it was our fault.

By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital license and waive any right to a refund.

3. Usage & License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Script for your personal use with Gamesense on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO).

  • •You may not share, resell, or redistribute your license key.
  • •You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or crack the Script.
  • •The Script is designed for Gamesense on CS:GO legacy versions.

4. Intellectual Property & Damages

You acknowledge that the Script (including all code and assets) contains proprietary trade secrets and intellectual property of Wings.

Zero Tolerance for Leaking/Cracking: If you are found to be responsible for cracking, reverse engineering, or unauthorizedly distributing the Script's code (including but not limited to: exposing source code on Discord, websites, forums, or file-sharing platforms), you agree that:

  • •Your license will be immediately terminated without refund.
  • •Wings reserves the right to pursue legal action against you to the fullest extent of the law.
  • •You may be held liable for monetary damages resulting from the breach, including lost revenue, legal fees, and damages for intellectual property infringement.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms (e.g., attempting to crack the script or sharing your key).
